In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner first. If the owner cannot be reached, pets will be taken to their own veterinarians. The pet will be treated for emergency care only, according to the clients' instruction. Charges will be billed to the clients account, if possible, or on Your Dog ’s Best Friends' account, to be reimbursed by the client upon their return.
